Montessori Teacher - Enfield

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Montessori Teacher to join a well-established Montessori nursery in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Early Years professional with Montessori experience who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children''s development in a nurturing, child-centred environment. The nursery provides a warm and stimulating setting where children are encouraged to develop their independence, confidence, and curiosity. You will be: Providing high-quality care and education in line with Montessori principles and the EYFS framework Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children''s independence and development Creating a calm, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment Supporting children''s individual learning needs and developmental progress Building positive relationships with children and acting as a key person where required Completing observations and assessments to monitor children''s progress Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children''s development Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining high standards of care Contributing positively to the wider nursery team and day-to-day running of the setting The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working within a Montessori or Early Years setting.
