This role is vital in supporting the early stages of the casting process, ensuring that all wax components are carefully inspected, coated, and prepared using specialized machinery and slurry processes.You ll work in a small, close-knit team where quality, safety, and consistency are key. Whether you have prior manufacturing experience or transferable skills, we provide the training you need to succeed.Key Responsibilities: Maintain a strong focus on Environmental Health and Safety (EHandS) standardsPerform final inspections of wax components before the dipping processFollow precise batch recipes to prepare slurry mixtures used in coatingOperate machinery for dipping and processing wax components into slurryRotate and manage stock through baking and drying phasesConduct test runs, identify and report any machinery faults or process issuesWork flexibly within a small team, covering all roles as needed to maintain workflowFollow principles, participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement activitiesMaintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environmentCarry out any other reasonable duties ..... full job details .....
