Harris Hill - Charity Recruitment Specialists is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Hand in Hand International to support their search for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor to join their growing Impact team. This role will immerse you in a diverse and inspiring portfolio of programmes, particularly in Kenya and Tanzania where you will work closely with international colleagues to develop and strengthen MEL frameworks, ensure robust data collection and analysis, and support high-quality donor reporting. This role will play a key role in working on a large portfolio with one of Hand in Hand''s key strategic donors across several large projects in Kenya and Tanzania.
