Monitoring Engineer

In this varied role, you will act as a key point of contact for the client and the public, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of geotechnical instrumentation and structural monitoring systems.From equipment procurement and subcontractor management to precise installation, data analysis, and client presentation, you will ensure that critical data is delivered accurately and safely within highly regulated engineering environments.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee the supply, asset tracking, installation, and commissioning of specialized geotechnical and structural monitoring instrumentation.Collate, interpret, and monitor structural and geotechnical data utilizing specialized visualization software (gtcvisual).Ensure meticulous data management, including the recording, filing, and structured archiving of all project data.Author robust project documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Activity Briefings, and formal Commissioning Installation Reports.Champion safe working practices across site operations by actively implementing procedures to identify, reduce, and remove site and safety hazards.Client, Subcontractor and Team ManagementSupervise, coordinate, and monitor the performance of specialist subcontractors on-site.Act as a vital liaison between site supervisory staff, clients, and ..... full job details .....
