Guided by our core values, you will spearhead the delivery of strategic programmes focused on complex and advanced data analysis, synthesis, and optimisation of monitoring networks. Your work will ensure the highest quality analytical outputs, contributing to national reports and key environmental indicators. In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge approaches to data capture and analysis, including advancing NRW s expertise in remote sensing. Collaborating closely with government officials and national stakeholders across Wales and the UK, you will champion the effective use of NRW s environmental data to support informed decision-making. You will also oversee the management and quality assurance of NRW s water chemistry, water ecology, and fisheries data, as well as the systems where this information is stored.
