In this hands-on role, you will take battery modules from individual cells to finished, tested assemblies, working alongside engineering and quality colleagues to make sure every build is safe, precise and right first time. The Module Build Technician will be responsible for: Assembling battery cells and associated mechanical and electrical components into modules, working from engineering drawings and work instructions. Using tools, fixtures and equipment to complete precise, consistent builds, handling cells and delicate components with care. Carrying out in-process checks and module tests, recording results accurately and escalating any failures. Identifying and reporting defects or non-conformities and supporting investigations and corrective actions with engineering and quality teams. Maintaining component traceability and accurate build records using CAD viewers and PLM systems.
