About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in High Wycombe this September. The ideal candidate will be passionate about modern languages and committed to delivering engaging and effective lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities:

andbull; Teach French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5 depending on experience
andbull; Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding
andbull; Use a variety of assessment methods to track and support pupil progress
andbull; Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all learners thrive
andbull; Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and extra-curricular opportunities
andbull; Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents to support pupil success

Qualifications andamp; Requirements:

andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
andbull; Specialism in French and/or Spanish (dual-language teaching advantageous)
andbull; Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
andbull; Strong classroom management and communication skills
andbull; A passion for languages and a commitment to high-quality teaching
andbull; Up-to-date knowledge of the MFL curriculum and exam specifications
