This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling Road Traffic Accident personal injury claims who enjoys combining technical claims work with delivering a high standard of customer service. You will manage your own RTA caseload, including claims progressing through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portals. Depending on experience, this could include both litigated and non-litigated matters.
