Mobilisation Manager Location: MidlandsRate: £600 per dayWorking Pattern: HybridContract: Interim We re working with a leading housing organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mobilisation Manager to lead complex mobilisation and demobilisation programmes across its Property Directorate. Reporting to the Head of Property, you ll provide senior leadership and assurance across multiple concurrent mobilisation programmes, helping to shape how major property services are transitioned, transformed and embedded.If you are someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, managing significant operational risk and working across multiple stakeholders to turn strategic plans into successful operational delivery.This is an opportunity to take a senior position within a major Property function and play a central role in shaping how critical services are transitioned and deliveredResponsibilitiesYou ll lead the end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of complex property services, ensuring every transition is properly planned, governed and operationally ready.Key responsibilities will include: Providing strategic leadership across mobilisation and demobilisation programmes.Overseeing multiple complex and high-risk transitions simultaneously.Developing robust mobilisation plans, governance structures, critical paths and risk frameworks.Acting as a senior escalation point for issues affecting service delivery, compliance, commercial performance or ..... full job details .....
