Mobilisation Programme Manager

Annual salary: up to £60,000.00 Mobilisation Programme Manager Location: Homeworker Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus £4,800 car allowance Contract: 3-month Fixed Term Contract with possible extension subject to contract win This is a key mobilisation role supporting the successful implementation of the Support for Victims of Modern Slavery (SVMS) contract. The Home Office is due to award the contract in August. Working closely with the Mobilisation Director, you will play a central role in ensuring the service is fully mobilised and ready for Operational Service Commencement, and that delivery in the early months is safe, compliant and effective. You will provide programme-level leadership across mobilisation workstreams, ensuring contractual commitments are translated into operational reality. The role requires strong project and programme management capability, confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive delivery at pace in a complex public sector environment.
