Duties:

• Deliver high-quality technical advice, service, and maintenance to customers during night shifts
• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs as a-Night Shift Mobile Vehicle Technician
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies
• Participate in training sessions, including IMI Level 3 Electric Vehicle Maintenance and Repair during the first year
• Assist with general workshop duties as required

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance
• Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work night shifts effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
