Our client, a reputable manufacturer-owned dealership, is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team. Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• Support multiple sites with vehicle servicing and repairs, maintaining high-quality standards and first-time fix rates
• Conduct basic diagnostics and vehicle health checks, using video reports to communicate issues and solutions
• Assist with MOT testing in accordance with DVSA standards where applicable
• Maintain clear communication with workshop supervisors regarding work progress
• Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies
• Deliver professional, efficient service to uphold customer satisfaction
• Support with vehicle repairs and maintenance, including diagnostics and health checks
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Mechanic or Technician within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• MOT qualification is highly desirable; MOT certification (training can be provided if necessary)
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
