We are currently seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Transportation and Logistics company based in the Gateshead area.
The successful Mobile Trailer Technician can expect a salary of up to £38000 and working hours of Monday to Friday.

Duties:
- Perform detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers, maintaining the highest standards of safety and functionality.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all compliance documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE.
- Participate in ongoing product and industry training, including IRTEC, tail lift, BPW and SAF axle/brake training to continuously develop your expertise.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting tight deadlines.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Consistently uphold and demonstrate company values and behaviors.

Requirements:
- Semi-trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience.
- Industry standard qualifications such as City and Guilds or NVQs
- HGV Class 1 driving licence.
- Car Driving Licence
- IRTEC accreditation.
- EBS diagnostics experience, including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO systems.
- Welding certification.
- Training or experience with axle manufacturers such as BPW, SAF, or JOST.
- Tail lift training and experience.
- Double deck or lifting deck maintenance experience
