This is a hands-on, mobile role responsible for supervising engineers, ensuring safe and compliant maintenance delivery, and supporting high-quality service across a multi-site portfolio. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of mobile engineers across multiple sites Act as the technical point of contact for engineers and clients Ensure planned, reactive and corrective maintenance is delivered safely and compliantly Carry out hands-on fault-finding and maintenance when required, including emergency cover Manage specialist subcontractors and small works where needed Drive compliance with health & safety, statutory and CBRE standards Complete audits, site visits and quality checks across mobile routes Use CAFM systems to plan, monitor and report on work activity Identify service improvements and additional scope opportunities What We''re Looking For Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical bias preferred)...
