Mobile Support Engineer EV and Commercial Vehicles Sector: Automotive / Engineering / EV Location: Based in Norfolk, with UK-wide travel to customer sites Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm + overtime Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + overtime, company van and tools Are you an experienced vehicle technician or roadside engineer looking for a role with variety, independence, and the chance to step into the fast-growing EV sector? We re supporting a growing engineering business in Norfolk, working at the forefront of vehicle technology. This role combines mobile field work with workshop support, giving you the chance to work on specialist vehicles and systems mechanical, electrical, and software. Hands-on EV experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. What You ll Be Doing Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Carry out mechanical, electrical, and basic software diagnostics and repairs. Support workshop-based builds, servicing, and repairs when not in the field. Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
