Key Deliverables In this role, you will: Lead and inspire a team of technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery across all operationsManage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with SLA targetsMaintain a manageable backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is completed within acceptable timescalesLiaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and address any concerns or issuesAttend client calls and meetings where required ensuring all follow-up actions are completed promptlyProvide first-line management by conducting performance reviews, setting clear team objectives, and supporting individual developmentCarry out risk assessments, site log book and safety audits in compliance with safety legislation and company procedures What ..... full job details .....
