Mobile Smart Repairer

Mobile SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer required for our Client’s busy Smart Repair Business located in Reading .

Working as a Mobile SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer for our Client you can expect a salary of £33000 basic with an OTE of circa £45000 with the working hours of Monday To Friday.

Duties:

- Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
- Carrying out Smart Repairs
- Following safety procedures
- Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
- Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ SMART repair experience OR Paint Spraying background
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs including wheels, bumpers, and bodywork
- Excellent customer service and People Skills
- Full UK driving license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road
