Salary:        Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 | OTE: £42,000

THE ROLE
As a Mobile SMART Repair Technician, you''ll travel to customer sites carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs while delivering excellent customer service. Working from a fully equipped company van, you''ll complete repairs efficiently, ensuring every vehicle is finished to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out SMART repairs including paintwork, bumper, alloy wheel and cosmetic body repairs
·Preparing vehicle panels and carrying out high-quality paint refinishing
·Mixing and colour matching paint to manufacturer standards
·Repairing minor dents, scratches, scuffs and stone chips
·Managing your daily workload and travel schedule across the East Midlands
·Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication
·Ensuring all repairs meet company quality and safety standards
·Maintaining equipment and keeping the mobile repair van clean, organised and fully stocked

ABOUT YOU
We''re looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in producing first-class repairs and enjoys working independently in a mobile environment.
You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Mobile SMART Repair Technician / SMART Repair Technician / SMART Repair Paint Technician / Cosmetic Repair Technician / Paint Technician
·Strong knowledge of paint preparation, colour matching and paint application techniques
·Experience repairing minor cosmetic vehicle damage to a high standard
·Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
·Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach
·Good communication and customer service skills
·A recognised qualification (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds or equivalent)
·ATA accreditation desirable but not essential
·A full UK driving licence
