The Role
As a Mobile SMART Repair Technician, you''ll carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs across multiple sites, ensuring customers receive an exceptional finish with minimal disruption.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Completing SMART repairs to vehicle paintwork, bumpers, alloy wheels and minor body damage.
·Preparing damaged panels for repair and refinishing.
·Mixing and colour matching paint to achieve manufacturer-quality finishes.
·Carrying out localised paint repairs using SMART repair techniques.
·Managing your daily workload across multiple customer sites efficiently.
·Maintaining equipment and ensuring your mobile work area remains clean and organised.
·Delivering excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.
·Following all health, safety and quality standards at every location.

About You
We''re looking for an experienced Mobile SMART Repair Technician / SMART Repairer / Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer who is passionate about delivering first-class cosmetic vehicle repairs.

The ideal candidate will have:
·Previous experience carrying out SMART repairs within a bodyshop or mobile repair environment.
·Strong paint preparation, colour matching and refinishing skills.
·The ability to work independently while managing multiple daily appointments.
·Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
·Strong communication and customer service skills.
·A full UK driving licence is essential.
