Mobile Service Engineer Air Conditioning Location: Midlands and Surrounding Areas Contract: Permanent, 40 hrs/week (8 am 4:30 pm) Package: Up to £50,000, Door2Door, Van (Personal Use) etc - OTE £65,000+ Are you a field-based AC specialist ready for your next challenge? We have a permanent opportunity for a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to cover scheduled maintenance, rapid breakdown response, and light installations. What You ll Do Conduct planned PPM visits on air-conditioning, refrigeration, and heat-pump systems Respond to breakdowns and carry out timely repairs Complete small-scale installations and site surveys Assist with tender preparation (materials and labour estimates) Participate in an on-call rota (including occasional out-of-town work) Generate clear, professional daily job reports Advise clients on site and mentor junior engineers Ideal Qualifications and Experience City and Guilds 2079 F-GAS City and Guilds Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps Proven field experience fault-finding, repairs and PPM on MandE systems Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and basic electrical systems Familiarity with Legionella L8 water testing and emergency-lighting checks Computer literate with a clean driving licence Comfortable working in occupied premises and engaging professionally with the public Desirable Add-Ons CandG Level 3 Electrical Installation, ..... full job details .....
