Complete scheduled lock and unlock duties. Respond to intruder alarm activations within agreed response times. Attend and manage security, fire, welfare and injury-related incidents. Ensure client premises are secure before leaving site. Follow all client and company security procedures. Liaise with the 24/7 communications hub, management and clients. Complete accurate routine and incident reports using handheld devices. Maintain professional standards and act as an ambassador for the company.
