Mobile PPM Engineer

Our client is a well-established building services maintenance provider with a portfolio of high-profile commercial contracts across London. They are seeking an experienced Mobile PPM Engineer with full electrical qualifications to join their team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance across multiple sites.

The Role:
In this mobile role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled PPM tasks, ensuring all building systems and plant operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out filter changes on air handling and ventilation systems

• Performing emergency lighting tests

• Water system flushing for Legionella prevention

• Lamp replacement and lighting maintenance

• Basic electrical repairs and maintenance tasks

• Servicing and maintaining all plant and equipment associated with commercial building services

• Completing all compliance and job documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician 

• 18th Edition

• Proven experience in commercial building services or facilities maintenance

• Good understanding of HVAC, lighting, and other building services systems

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Ability to work independently and deliver a high standard of customer service

What’s on Offer:

• £40,000 – £42,000 per year (depending on experience)
