Mobile PPM Engineer

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a growing maintenance provider with several contracts within facilities maintenance who are looking to recruit an experienced PPM engineer to work across a portfolio of sites.-

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for visiting the commercial sites and carrying out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of plant and also have duties including AHU''s (filter changing), FCU''s, plumbing (leaks, blockages etc), flushing, emergency light testing, lamping, electrical fault finding (when required).

The role comes with a company van, fuel card, specialist tools, company smartphone, company tablet.-

Requirements:

• Full electrical certification
• UK drivers License-
• Previous experience in building service maintenance
• Client facing
