You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in plumbing mechanical, as well as a proven-track-record-in commercial building maintenance.- Sector: Commercial Maintenance- Duties will include all ppm''s on pipework, copper and-pvc, L8 water treatment, flushing, correct temp checks, plant checks on pumps and motors, ppm''s and fan coil units, ahu and splits filter changes, TMV''s checks and replacements and well as keeping up records and reporting back to the supervisor.- Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday.- Salary is 45K, with call out 1 in 7, van, phone, laptop, fuel card, tools uniform and much more.- This is-a great opportunity-to join a large FM provider who can offer ongoing development and career progression.
