You will carry out a mobile role and carry out a wide variety of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs for local authorities (reactive and void works), education providers in occupied student accommodation, commercial buildings, lecture theatres, and offices and along with works in ancient monuments. The work will include fitting of various types of sanitary ware first and second fixing Pipework, various servicing of PPM and reactive first-time fix repairs. There will also be work on unvented systems. As well as being able to carry out minor carpentry, tiling and minor decorative works.
