As authorised dealers for SANY Construction Equipment and Thwaites Dumpers, we are committed to delivering outstanding aftersales support that maximises customer uptime and machine performance.We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Engineer to join our growing team, supporting customers across the construction, rail, and recycling sectors.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heavy plant and machinery at customer sites, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable, and operational.Key Responsibilities Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenanceDiagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faultsRespond to breakdowns and provide effective on-site repairsComplete all service reports and maintenance records accuratelyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations at all timesLiaise professionally with customers and site personnelMaintain company vehicle, tools, and stock levels RequirementsEssential Proven experience as a Plant Technician, Field Service Technician, or similar roleStrong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skillsFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively Desirable Relevant plant maintenance ..... full job details .....
