The successful applicant will be someone familiar with the Construction or Heavy Industry environment and is capable of handling hazardous material, working in all weather and operating a loading shovel Role: Mobile Plant Operative Location: Holcim, Cauldon Cement Plant, Yelsway Ln, Cauldon, Stoke-on-Trent ST10 3EQ Rate: 13.63 ph Contract length: until the end of December 2026 potentially extending until 2027 Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday Hours are 05:00am - 14.30pm Start: ASAP (within 1-2 weeks) Responsibilities: Operate Machinery: Drive wheeled loading shovels safely across quarries Load Vehicles: Fill HGV lorries, articulated trucks, and hoppers with bulk materials.
