Plant Fitter / Mechanical Engineer - Mobile Plant Machinery
Salary: -35,000 - -38,800 + 1.5x Overtime
Hours: Day Shift - Monday - Friday (7am - 5pm)
Location: Doncaster

We are pleased to be working with a well-established company seeking an experienced Plant Fitter / Mechanical Engineer to join their team. This is a site-based role, working with a range of mobile plant machinery, including telehandlers and similar equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, servicing, and repair of mobile plant machinery

• Working with equipment such as:

  • 360- grabs

  • Loading shovels

  • Telehandlers

• Repairing hydraulic rams

• Welding and fabrication work

• Mechanical fitting duties

• Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance

Qualifications & Experience:

• NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline

• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile plant machinery

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and fabrication skills
