Electrically Biased Plant Service Engineer

Location: Dungannon (Field Based)
Salary: -35,000 to -40,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

An established plant and access equipment business is looking for an Electrically Biased Plant Service Engineer to join its growing engineering team.

You will service, maintain and repair a range of plant machinery, access platforms and MEWPs, working both in the workshop and at customer sites.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults
• Service and maintain access platforms, scissor lifts, boom lifts and plant equipment
• Carry out routine maintenance and preventative servicing
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation
• Support breakdowns and on-site repairs
• Ensure all work meets relevant safety and industry standards

• Experience working as a Plant, Access Platform or MEWP Service Engineer
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good understanding of hydraulics, control systems and mechanical systems
• Experience with powered access equipment is highly desirable
• LOLER inspection experience would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

• -35,000 to -40,000 depending on experience
