Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Pay Rate: Up to £59,280
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7am to 5pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team covering the IV, KW, PH, AB and DD postcode areas. This is a mobile position with some workshop-based PDI and repair work at the company''s Inverness depot.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant/construction equipment on customer sites and at the company depot including 0.75tonne to 75 tonne, 1 ton dumpers to 45 tonne adt''s, telehandlers, tracked dumpers and dozers.

Job Description:

• Carrying out service and repair work at various customer sites covering the are IV, KW, PH, AB + DD areas
• Performing routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns 
• Some depot work based in Inverness carrying out PDIs and repairs
• Identifying, recording and rectifying defects
• Ensuring all work is completed to health & safety standards
• Accurately completing job reports and paperwork
• Attending breakdowns on customer sites

Requirements

• Must have experience working on plant/construction equipment and machinery 
• Ability to work independently
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship can be offered)
