As a Mobile Plant Fitter , you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of a wide range of mobile and static plant machinery used across a busy waste management site. This includes equipment such as loaders, compactors, conveyors, shredders, balers and picking lines. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on diagnostic skills and experience working with hydraulic systems, electrical looms and heavy plant equipment.   What You’ll Be Doing Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant equipment, including loaders, compactors, conveyors, shredders, balers and picking lines Diagnose faults in hydraulic systems and complete timely repairs to minimise downtime Maintain, install and troubleshoot electrical looms, wiring and connections across plant machinery Carry out full mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify faults and complete effective repairs Keep maintenance records up to date and report on equipment performance, reliability and ...
