Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently and accurately. Carry out repairs and component replacements in line with manufacturer standards. Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs in a timely manner. Complete detailed service reports, job cards, and documentation. Liaise with customers to provide technical advice and updates on repairs. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition. Key Skills & Competencies Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Good communication and customer service skills.
