M Pro Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Engineer to join a growing business supporting some of the UK''s leading infrastructure, utilities and fleet operators.

The Role

As a Mobile Plant Engineer, you''ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plant and associated equipment at customer sites across the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a wide range of plant equipment.
• Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out planned maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
• Complete inspections and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Work safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures.

About You

Ideally you''ll have:

• Experience servicing and repairing plant equipment.
• Good hydraulic, mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of pumps and/or generators would be highly advantageous.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plant Maintenance (preferred).
• LOLER certification is desirable but training can be provided.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Own tools (specialist tools supplied).
