Job Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate Industry: Heavy Plant Location: Farnham, Surrey Salary and Package: £18 per hour+ DOE / Door-to-Door Travel Pay The Role and About the Client ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter on behalf of a well-established plant and construction business based in Farnham, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team working on a range of construction plant and machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing and repairs to ensure machinery remains safe and operational. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Servicing, maintaining and repairing construction plant and machinery. Working on diggers, dumpers, excavators and telehandlers. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults. Carrying out routine maintenance and breakdown repairs. Ensuring machinery is maintained to a safe and operational standard. Travelling to sites as required to carry out repairs and maintenance. Completing relevant maintenance records and reporting any issues . The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working as a Plant Fitter or Mobile Plant Fitter. Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills. Experience working on diggers, dumpers, excavators and telehandlers. Relevant plant or mechanical qualifications would be desirable. Full UK Driving Licence.
