Mobile Plant FitterLocation: EastleighJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: 38,000 - 45,000 per year (depending on experience)We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plant engineer to work on a varied fleet of construction equipment, carrying out maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs both in the workshop and at customer sites. A company van will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, service and repair a large fleet of construction plant machinery.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults efficiently and safely.Work on a wide range of equipment, including: Excavators (800kg to 14 tonnes)Tracked and wheeled dumpers (up to 9 tonnes)TelehandlersRollersOther construction plant machineryComplete service records and inspection certificates accurately.Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard and is safe for hire.Carry out both workshop-based and mobile service work as required.About YouThe successful candidate will have:Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.The ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.High-quality welding skills.Previous experience working on construction plant machinery.The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.What''s on OfferSalary of 38,000 - 45,000 per year, ..... full job details .....
