Location: Hertfordshire & Essex 
Salary: £59,000 – £65,000 basic per year + Overtime at enhanced rates

Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading construction and civil engineering business who are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join their team. This is a field-based position working across various sites, ensuring plant and machinery remain reliable, efficient, and safe.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of mobile plant and construction machinery

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks

• Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain productivity

• Accurately complete all service and repair documentation

• Adhere to company and site health & safety standards

• Experienced in maintaining and repairing mobile plant or construction equipment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Able to work independently in the field with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Flexible with working hours, including availability for overtime when required

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Competitive salary £59,000 – £65,000 basic per year

• Overtime available at enhanced rates (Saturday work optional)

• 50-hour working week (Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm)
