TieTalent .Location: London-based portfolio with established facilities maintenance work. Salary up to £43,000 with overtime, plus a van and fuel card. This role is suitable for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer with experience in facilities maintenance and a desire for training and new opportunities.Responsibilities include carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio and ensuring work is completed to a high standard with proper safety documentation.Key Duties and Responsibilities

PPMs (planned preventive maintenance) and reactive worksMaintenance of AHUs and FCUsMaintenance and repairs to HIU systemsUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site informationUpdate site log booksProvide further works reports where requiredComplete all works to a high standardEnsure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasksSupervise Sub-ContractorsPipe fittingRequired Skills and Qualifications

Mechanical Level 2 or Level 3 NVQExperience with maintaining / repairing HIU systemsExperience with working in Commercial and Residential Plant roomsExperience in a Building Services environmentOther preferable skills: mechanical, electrical and basic plumbingProviding technical support to administration staff as requiredBenefits
