Mobile Network Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our IT team as a Mobile Network Engineer, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, combining visits to our 23 campuses across the UK, home working, and 1 day per week in the office at our Regional Support Office in Warwick. Please note, our Regional Support Office will be relocating to a new site in Coventry (Bedworth) in September 2026.This is a hands-on role forming part of our internal Infrastructure team, responsible for the support, maintenance, and continual improvement of network and infrastructure services across multiple sites. You will play a key role in ensuring network availability, performance, and security, while supporting both BAU operations and project-based work across the organisation.Key responsibilities:Support, maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and cloud-based network infrastructure across multiple campusesCarry out scheduled site visits to provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and infrastructure upgradesInstall, configure and maintain network equipment including switches, firewalls, wireless access points and network appliancesMonitor network performance and proactively identify and implement improvementsInvestigate and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, and infrastructure incidentsConduct network health checks, site audits, and infrastructure assessmentsSupport Audio Visual (AV) and collaboration technologies including meeting room and video conferencing systemsAssist with ..... full job details .....
