The role involves travelling to commercial client sites across London and surrounding areas to carry out a wide range of planned and reactive building maintenance works, including minor electrical works where appropriate and within the individual’s competence and qualifications. We are looking for someone with strong all-round maintenance skills who is confident working independently, dealing professionally with clients and completing works to a high standard. Key responsibilities General building and fabric maintenance Planned and reactive maintenance works Minor electrical maintenance and repairs within competence and qualifications Basic electrical fault finding Replacement of electrical accessories where appropriate Carpentry and minor joinery repairs Door, lock, hinge, hand...
