This is a temporary ongoing opportunity. The Package: Pay rate between -17ph - -22ph (Umbrella or PAYE) Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Temporary ongoing contract (min 1 month) Own vehicle needed The Duties: Carry out emergency responsive repairs and scheduled planned maintenance in occupied and void homes. Fix plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, tap replacements, and basic sanitary ware. Complete painting, decorating, and surface preparation on internal and external walls. Fit, grout, sealant, and replace wall and floor tiles. Perform general multi-trade tasks like minor carpentry, plaster repairs, and lock replacements. Provide polite, clean, and respectful service when working in resident''s homes. Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and housing regulations.
