The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant, heating and hot water systems, primarily within plant room environments. There will also be some travel across the Home Counties to provide additional cover for sickness and holidays when required. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical building services.
