They seek a Mobile commercial plumber/mech engineer   to carry out services maintenance and repair Predominantly to their contracts across Surrey and Merton. Contracts include Civic Buildings, Wimbledon Tennis Club, Libraries, Community Centres, Fire Stations, Schools and Offices Your role will be to work on van mobile basis across Merton and Surrey carrying out the following works in commercial plant rooms:     •             Carrying out planned preventative maintenance •             Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and breakdowns •             Actuators, expansion vessels, hot and cold water systems, strainers, Pumps. •             General commercial plumbing repair. •             Responding to emergency call-outs and unplanned maintenance issue   Qualifications desired : ·     Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a Mechanical discipline such as Plumbing and Heating ·     UHWSS or G3 Qualified ·     Commercial plant room exp   ...
