Mobile Mechanical Engineer Location: London and Home Counties Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + Van and Benefits Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for a mobile role covering London and the Home Counties We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing team, working across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. The Role You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and building services equipment. Working across multiple sites, you will carry out fault finding, repairs and maintenance while ensuring all works are completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive maintenance and breakdown response Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs Working on pumps, valves, pipework and heating systems Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs Basic maintenance of boilers and associated plant Working on hot and cold water systems Plant room maintenance Small mechanical repairs and remedial works Completing accurate job sheets and maintenance reports Identifying additional works and remedial requirements Liaising professionally with clients and site teams Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations What We''re Looking For Proven experience as a Mechanical or Building Services Engineer Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience within commercial building services or facilities management Experience ..... full job details .....
