This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week . Working Hours: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm Week 2: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm There is also an on-call rota . The Role This role covers multiple school sites across Birmingham, along with a range of community properties providing healthcare services. You will be responsible for ensuring all sites remain safe, compliant, and fully operational by delivering both planned and reactive mechanical maintenance. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, fault-find and repair mechanical systems, plant and equipment in accordance with current legislation, standards and procedures.
