Our client is known for up-skilling their engineers and giving them the skills to complete any task put in front of them. To be successful in this role you will need to be fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering / Heating and ventilation / Plumbing (City and Guilds / NVQ equivalent) or any other comparable qualification with a minimum of two years experience.Duties: PPMs and Reactive maintenance. Statutory Compliance (Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Tap Temperatures) Air Conditioning, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment, Plumbing works. BMS Operation. Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors. Completing logbooks and RAMS. Reports. Permits to work. Raise and close jobs on PDA''s as necessary. Requirements: Qualified in either Mechanical Engineering / Heating and Ventilation / Plumbing - CandG or NVQ or equivalent qualifications. At least 2 years experience prior within commercial maintenance. Polite and personable. Client facing attitude. Apprentice trained - Desirable Full UK driving license.
