Mobile Engineer Electrical or Mechanical BiasLocation: Southeast and Greater London Sector: Facilities Management Contract: Temp-PermMy client is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, covering Southeast and Greater London.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to work across a diverse commercial portfolio, delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Overtime is availableKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.Diagnose, fault-find and repair electrical or mechanical systems, depending on your technical specialism.Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients and building occupants.Complete accurate maintenance reports, job sheets and CAFM system updates.Assist with minor installations, upgrades and project work when required.Participate in an on-call rota where applicable.Essential RequirementsElectrical BiasLevel 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (City and Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).18th Edition qualification (BS 7671).Strong experience in electrical maintenance, fault-finding and compliance within a Facilities Management environment.ORMechanical BiasLevel 3 ..... full job details .....
