Mobile MandE Maintenance Supervisor

Ref: Location: Greater LondonHours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pmPay: £54,000 + overtimeDuration: Ongoing ContractDutiesReporting directly to the Contract Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor works across a variety of mechanical and electrical building services systems. The role will involve both hands-on technical support and supervisory responsibilities, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites.Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements and health and safety legislation.Carry out fault diagnosis and assist with complex maintenance issues where required.Monitor service delivery performance and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales.Produce detailed reports, site findings and recommendations for remedial works.Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors where necessary.Complete and review maintenance records via CAFM systems.Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional service delivery.Essential RequirementsRecognised City and Guilds qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.Minimum 5 years'' post-qualification experience ..... full job details .....
