Mobile MandE Engineer (Electrical Bias),PermanentUp to 43,000 + Call Out Rates+ Company Vehicle,Reading, UKSellick is pleased to support a leading facilities management provider is seeking a Mobile MandE Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join an established building services team supporting a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties across Reading.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical engineer with experience across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems who is looking for a varied role with long-term stability and career development.The Mobile Engineer Role will involveCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services assets, ensuring sites remain compliant, safe and operational.Planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systemsFault finding, repair and replacement of building services equipmentMaintenance of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and associated plantElectrical testing, inspection and remedial worksMaintenance of pumps, motors, controls and associated mechanical equipmentCompletion of compliance and statutory maintenance tasksLiaising with site stakeholders and subcontractorsParticipation in a 1 in 5 out-of-hours call-out rotaTo be considered for the MandE Role, you will have:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent18th Edition Wiring RegulationsPrevious experience within facilities management, building services or commercial ..... full job details .....
