Multi-Site Technician Location: Coventry / Warwickshire Contract: Permanent Hours: Mon - Fri 8-5 Salary: 41,500 The Role We are looking for an experienced Multi-Site Technician to join a busy facilities and maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites within a designated region. You will be responsible for ensuring a wide range of electrical, mechanical and building assets are maintained safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements and health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. Diagnose faults and complete repairs across electrical, mechanical and building systems. Maintain and repair equipment including fans, pumps, compressors, catering and bakery equipment. Work on lighting systems, water services, building fabric and fixed/portable electrical equipment. Complete PPM remedial works and ensure maintenance records are accurately updated. Prioritise jobs to meet agreed timescales and service level agreements. Provide first-line support for HVAC, fire and security systems and escalate specialist issues where required. Supervise and support a Maintenance Assistant, providing coaching and guidance. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and relevant legislation.
