Mobile M&E Supervisor – London
£55,000 + van and fuel card
A leading facilities management services provider to recruit an experienced Mobile M&E Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across a portfolio of client sites in London and nearby areas. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on engineering expertise with leadership responsibilities, all while enjoying the flexibility of a fully equipped work van.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of mobile engineers, ensuring planned and reactive M&E works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Carry out a mix of hands-on maintenance and technical oversight, including electrical, mechanical, and building services tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, allocate work orders, and monitor performance through regular site visits.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical advice and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Recognised qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
- Strong background in M&E maintenance within a commercial or facilities environment.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience, ideally in a mobile capacity.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple sites.
- Full UK driving licence.
